1. About Bounty Desk Africa
Bounty Desk Africa is a marketplace that connects businesses ('Businesses') with creators ('Creators') to complete approved marketing missions for pay. By using the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.
3. Campaigns and submissions
Businesses fund campaigns and define the work required. Creators submit proof of completed work. Businesses review submissions and approve or reject them. Only approved work is paid.
4. Payments and commission
Bounty Desk Africa charges a platform commission (currently 15%) on every approved payout. Creator earnings are credited to an in-app wallet and paid out via M-Pesa on request, subject to a minimum threshold.
5. Prohibited conduct
Fake leads, stolen or plagiarised content, duplicate submissions, self-referrals, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited and result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of earnings.
6. Disputes
Creators may dispute a rejected submission. Bounty Desk Africa reviews evidence from both parties and makes a final decision.
7. Liability
The platform is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, Bounty Desk Africa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
