How we work

Nobody posts a house here but us

There is no open sign-up and no queue of listings we have never seen. Every house on this site is one we went and found, and whose owner we agreed a rate with directly.

You book with us and pay us. We confirm the house and settle the owner ourselves — so if anything is wrong, there is one company to call, and it is the one that took your money.

How we choose houses

Built for groups

Most of what we do is coordinating twelve people, three arrival times and one birthday dinner. Tell us the shape of the trip and we'll match it to a house that can hold it.

A real booking team

You're not filling in a form and hoping. A person confirms availability with the property, prepares your quote and stays with your booking until you've checked out.

Every house here is one we found and agreed a rate on directly with the owner. Nobody can list a property on this site but us.

Written quotes

You receive a formal quote with the total, what's included and the cancellation terms before you commit.

One price, one payment

You pay us once by M-Pesa for the whole stay. Nothing is added at checkout and nothing is owed on arrival.

You pay Bounty Escapes the published total for your stay. We confirm the booking with the property and settle them directly, so you deal with one team from enquiry to check-in.
